Facebook Ads Specialist

We’re currently looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist, who will become a member of Good one and its’ part of the worldwide Havas Group by bringing our local and global clients’ best digital performance solutions they can get. Your work will include:

• Define, prioritize how to advertise in the most profitable way.
• Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results.
• Perform analysis, management, and optimization of Facebook advertising setup.) to reach the goals.
• Monitor daily campaign KPIs, identify changes, and initiate actions needed in order to address them.

We are looking for:

• At least 1 year of Facebook advertising experience.
• Knowledge on how to analyze all metrics provided and confidence in making suggestions.
• Analytical thinking to assess campaign results, experience with Google Analytics.
• Ability to multitask, perfect time management, and attention to the details.
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
• Aspiration to learn and grow.

SEO Specialist (mid, senior)

We’re currently looking for an SEO Specialist (mid, senior), who will become a member of Good one and it's’ part of the worldwide Havas Group by bringing our local and global clients the best digital performance solutions they can get. Your work will include:

• Developing and executing successful SEO strategies.
• Implementing SEO strategy for our middle-sized and big clients.
• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics data.
• Working closely with other team members to produce unique and meaningful content.

We expect:

• 2+ experience in SEO, knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
• Understanding of how websites work from a search engine’s perspective.
• Interest in website technologies, SEO, and digital marketing.
• English writing and speaking skills.
• An ambition to become a pro of SEO.
